candidate for study

Got this today. Looks like Alex could very well be a candidate! I'll be going down to the informational meeting later this month...then we'll find out just how involved this will be.

I looked over Alex's chart, and superficially, it looks like he's probably a candidate. Some of the exclusion criteria would not be determined until we get the screening blood work. But he does have a giant cell astrocytoma that meets the size requirements for the study and he doesn't have any exclusion criteria that I can tell.
Again, the requirements for the study are rigorous and seem difficult if you live far away, but if you think you can do it, the medications are very promising.
